I manage Goodnow Farms Chocolate's Instagram presence, developing strategies to promote their projects, selection, direct connection with cacao farmers and foster authentic engagement with their audience.

Speaker and Content Strategist

 

As a speaker and content strategist for the Midwest Craft Chocolate Festival, I play a pivotal role in shaping the event’s educational focus. I design and deliver conferences tailored to the audience, addressing key topics within the specialty chocolate industry. Additionally, I assist in curating the content strategy for the event, ensuring that each session aligns with the festival's mission of fostering knowledge and appreciation for fine flavor cacao and bean to bar chocolate.

Blogger & Advocate

 

I collaborate with Likklemore Chocolate as a blogger and advocate, crafting thoughtful reviews and in-depth content that highlight the story and distinct qualities of their chocolate. Through my blog and dedicated social media content, I help showcase the essence of their craft and engage audiences with their unique selection.

Private Events Office 


In 2024, I participated at Chocoa as part of the Press Office led by Mariana De La Rosa, founder of Gaia Cacao. Following my work at the event, I’ve been invited again to assist with private conferences and events for Chocoa 2025 and future editions, focusing on strengthening connections within the craft chocolate community.

Tasting Consultant & Event Support

 

I assist La Teiera Eclettica with product selection and connect the founder, Barbara, and the amazing Giorgia Martone, with distributors and retailers to organize successful pairing events with specialty tea and bean to bar chocolate. 

Cacao Genetics Researches, New Publications, & Product Releases

 

In collaboration with Jan Cacao Collector, I explore and share the latest research and publications on cacao genetics.

This partnership keeps me closely connected with professionals at the origin who actively study and understand cacao’s genetic diversity and geographic roots. Thanks to Jan, I engage directly with the people shaping the future of fine flavor cacao through genuine up to date expertise. I communicate these insights with my audience through informative content, including articles and social media updates.

Alchemy Selection Pre-Launch Review

Since the early stages of To'ak Chocolate, James LeCompte has consistently sought my insights, keeping me involved in tasting and product development. I had the privilege of evaluating their Alchemy Selection before its release, providing detailed feedback that helped refine the final product. My input ensured it met the highest standards expected by their discerning audience.

Reviewer & Content Partner


I collaborate with Hello Chocolate Shop by reviewing rare and unconventional selections featured in their store. Through these reviews, I help consumers explore new flavors and offer them access to an exclusive discount code through my platform.

This partnership highlights my focus on curating unique experiences for chocolate enthusiasts.

Distribution Consultant & Tasting Organizer


I collaborated with Dennis from The High Five Company for two years, assisting with their distribution assortment by evaluating selections from makers such as Puchero Chocolate and Standout Chocolate. I also acted as a mediator between Dennis and new makers in Europe, helping identify emerging brands to add to their portfolio.

In addition to product evaluation, I supported customer acquisition for both distribution and retail, helping expand their network. I also organized several key tastings in Italy featuring their selections, contributing to the company’s visibility and outreach within the European market.

Contributor & Craft Chocolate Representative

 

I contribute to Pensar di Cibo, a platform focused on specialty food, where industry experts in wine, coffee, beer, cheese, and more share their insights. As the representative for craft chocolate, I provide thoughtful articles and tasting insights, helping bridge the gap between chocolate and other specialty food sectors. Through this collaboration, I contribute to building a broader understanding of fine flavor cacao among professionals and enthusiasts alike.

External Judge & Craft Chocolate Analyst


I regularly participate as an external judge for various competitions hosted by the International Chocolate Awards. My involvement spans regions based on my location and allows me to enhance my palate, explore diverse chocolate markets like the Asian competition, and engage with different product categories such as bonbons and spreadables. This experience helps me stay attuned to the evolving quality in the craft chocolate niche and offers valuable insights into global chocolate trends.

Ambassador

 

I’m excited to announce my new role as Ambassador for 50Hertz Tingly Food, a company that celebrates the unique flavors and aromatic qualities of Sichuan pepper. I first discovered this amazing brand through GoodNow Farms Chocolate and their Herbaceous Sichuan Pepper inclusion. From there, we connected and decided to collaborate on social media to support their incredible products.
